Hoodia Gordonii has garnered some positive press over the last few years. Not only have some major media services reported positive appetite suppressing qualities of the hoodia gordonii cactus, but anecdotal evidence suggested that hoodia pills work to help reduce the desire to eat and thus reduce weight. However with this success in the weight loss industry, many products have been released in a short period of time. Some of these products are good and some are not so good. This article will cover the dosage for hoodia gordonii powder and pills. It will discuss how to ensure that the product is genuine and the quantity that should be taken.

Before you consider the dosage, you should establish the quality of the hoodia product you will be taking. Firstly, there are many different varieties of Hoodia cactus but only the gordonii cactus is believed to have appetite suppressing qualities.
